Dive sites in Netherlands

Bergse Diepsluis sits at the eastern end of the Oosterschelde along the Oesterdam dike. Shielded behind a lock barrier away from main tidal channels, water movement remains gentle compared to other Zeeland sites. The area features shallow clay plateaus, oyster beds, and human-made sepia frames installed for breeding cuttlefish each spring.

Set within the Vinkeveense Plassen, Eiland 6 presents Dutch freshwater diving marked by steep peat formations and sculpted clay banks descending into silt basins. The site avoids the congestion of nearby training hubs, with freshwater flora lining the shallow margins.
