Dive sites in Curaçao

Along the southern coastline near Willemstad, classic automobiles, trucks, and industrial machinery were pushed down a sloping drop-off to create this artificial reef. Coral-encrusted chassis and frames tumble down the wall, forming shelter for resident fish and invertebrates. Divers walk in directly from the beach, crossing a sand plateau and hard coral terrace before descending onto the wreckage.
