Dive sites in Canada

Mermaid Cove sits along the Saltery Bay Provincial Park shoreline on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast. Paved pathways and concrete stairs lead divers to a sheltered entry point above a sloping rocky seabed. A bronze mermaid sculpture, the Emerald Princess, stands bolted to boulders among kelp and rocky ledges.

Prospect Wharf provides shore diving within a sheltered inlet southwest of Halifax. Entries from the slipway or rocky shoreline lead to a seafloor of kelp-covered granite boulders, silt channels, and discarded wharf debris sheltering Atlantic invertebrates.
