Set in the pine forests of Lucayan National Park on Grand Bahama Island, this inland blue hole opens into an extensive underwater limestone cave network. Named for diver Ben Rose, the site descends into a collapsed chamber lit by sunbeams piercing the sinkhole opening. Divers pass through a defined halocline where cool freshwater rests over denser, warm saltwater.

On the Little Bahama Bank northwest of Grand Bahama, this shallow expanse of white sand delivers close encounters with apex predators. Divers settle onto the flat seabed while expedition leaders manage scent crates to draw in resident sharks. Open, sunlit topography provides clean backgrounds for wide-angle photography and clear views of large species circling overhead.
